Abstract

The article analyzes the methods of regeneration of the filter partition of hydraulic systems, shows their advantages and disadvantages. The most effective ways to restore the filtering capacity of the porous partition, using the effects that accompany the phenomenon of ultrasonic cavitation. This method provides cleaning of contaminated pores of the filter partition with a diameter of several micrometers, which allows to expand the range of its application in modern technological processes that place high demands on the purity of the working fluid to increase the reliability and durability of equipment.
