Abstract

The article is devoted to creation of effective energy saving system by means of fuel and energy resources and water measurement and assessment effective organization.

Correctness of measuring flow transducer construction principles and basic solutions, made in this, proposed to evaluate not by means of lot costly experimental testing on scale-models and laboratory samples, but realize of mathematical and virtual modeling with modern information technologies.

Estimation the selection structural parameters magnitude of ultrasonic type flow rate transducers in design and further research are considered. For comprehensive research of flow rate transducers special software to mathematic modeling was developed. Special attention is given to research of flow hydrodynamic parameters influence on meter’s metrological characteristics; to estimation of its static and dynamic characteristics; to ratio of measuring velocity to average velocity in flow and to accuracy estimation
