Abstract

Purpose.The task of the article is formulation of conception of method of construction of estimations of reliability indexes on the selections of small volume and ground of efficiency of the offered conception on the basis of machine (computer) experiment.

Design/methodology/approach. The task of increase of exactness of estimation of reliability of equipment the refuses of which are described the exponential law of distributing for the case of small selections indexes is examined. The results of computer experiment are presented on the basis of imitation design of stream of refuses, grounding necessity and possibility of decision of such task. Offered approach to the increase exactness of evaluation of parameters, based on the use of statistics, using properties of elementary selection.The results of experiment, demonstrating efficiency of approach, are resulted.

Findings.The results of computer experiment, confirmative efficiency offered approach for the estimation of reliability of equipment on the selections of small volume indexes, are got.

Originality/value. Conception of construction of the specified estimations of parameters of reliability is developed for small selections on the basis of account of properties of selections. Possibility of receipt of more exact estimations of parameters of exponential law of distributing at the estimation of reliability of the technical systems is rotined
