Abstract

In this work the question of investigating the stability of coatings TiN, the nitrided layer and the combined coverage of the nitrided layer and TiN under conditions of high hydro-cavitation wear are cosidered. Received regression equation resistance of coatings deposited on the basis of hard alloy VK 8 type of conditions of leakage of a fluid. The possibilities of functionally-oriented approach to the formation of the surface layer parts channel elements of hydrocutting devices are shown, increasing of their worktime is proved
