AbstractThe way of recycling and concentration of valuable components which are found in a fragments of a scrap containing tungsten and of cermet compositions on the basis of carbides of firm and refractory metals with obtaining of powders of tungsten and compounds containing tungsten in the capacity of products was developed and characterized. The method of preparation of samples for the further research was described. By means of multimicroscope СММ-2000 morphological researches of a surface of samples were conducted in a mode of a scanning tunnel microscope. Researches of samples showed that the size of particles received as a result of experiments fluctuates from 7 nanometers to 1 micron, and 90 % of them are made by fraction up to 400 nanometers. Practical possibility of obtaining of nanodimensional fractions of extracted components by the developed method was proved.
