The prospects of running a ultrasonic cavitation process equipment using the focusing characteristics of radiating surfaces. The results of experimental study of cavitation intensity and peculiarities of its distribution along the pipeline in tubular vibrator with four ultrasonic piezoelectric actuators on the outer surface of generators. Research conducted cavitation using aluminum foil.
