Abstract

There have been offered and analyzed some ways of laser-plasma аlloying of machine working elements and instruments. It has been illustrated a methodology of calculation of temperature distribution and heating rate under the influence of laser-plasma heating source of the powder material. It has been shown that the offered methodology lets determine conditions for obtaining of the powder materials before the given temperature during its passing through a plasma jet without changing the properties of the powdered material. There have been given the results of experimental check of calculated regimes of laser-plasma аlloying.
