Abstract

The schemes of the feedback signals obtaining by electrical parameters of ultrasonic piezoelectric actuator , as well as methods for obtaining feedback signals to the parameters of the technological environment, are described. Ultrasonic piezoelectric oactuator microcontroller control circuit in the mechatronic systems for implementation of ultrasonic cavitation technologies are proposed. The components of the circuit elements and their interrelationships, are described. The algorithms control of ultrasonic piezoelectric actuator using feedback and ways to stabilize the parameters of ultrasonic installation , are considered .
