Abstract

The theoretical analysis of the tense-deformed state of bar is presented at wringing out the carved profiled firing-pins. A task is decided MKE by the program Qform. Is the corner of cut of firing-pins accepted 120. Relative flow was 1, and the ratio of Dtool / Dwork varied in the range of 0,6; 0,8; 1,0 with the degree of compression 7; 14; 21 %. It was found that the strain at paving the load is formed by evenly contact zones of billets with bulges tool. It is shown, that with increase in Dtool / Dwork from 0.6 to 1.0 intensity of metal increases. At the same time the level of compressive stresses in the centre of forgings is large enough, that allows you to brew internal defects in the crystal.
