Abstract

The simulation rolling ribbed pipe was performed eight rollers, and one sharp roller. For each process, the results obtained by the intensity distribution of stress across the thickness of the formed grooves on the pipe steel X1810T at each stage of formation. The results of modeling these processes were compared to find the optimal parameters of the process running. They are in good agreement with experimental data.
