Abstract

Evaluated the quality of production and editing gear excavator rotor using narrow-band frequency analysis of field vibration reducer chassis and engine that allows you to select the frequency components, or defects which they arose. Determined the overall vibration level and the level of individual components. Prescribed levels of spectral lines at frequencies of the main damaging factors can be used as a base for diagnosing the drive in the future. According to the results of the data generated recommendations that may contribute to the longevity of the drive as a whole and its individual components. Defined role in the operation analyzes the technical state drives for their vibratory activity.
