Abstract

As is known one of the place were different materials may be welding by explosion is explosive chamber. In order to design those protective units, including design optimization for decreasing unit general steel intensity, we need to find values of air shock wave parameters witch forming as a result of explosion of high explosive. Limitation of present engineering methods is assumption of high explosive form. By all there methods we can calculate values of air shock wave parameters of sphere and long cylindrical HE forms. Therefore air-shock wave forming process was examined by numerical method. That wave was appeared as a result of plane HE detonation. Optimal size of finite element witch using for finite-element grid construction of there task was found. Differences between of overpressures values in a vertical, horizontal and angularly 45 direction space positions at a distance from 1 to 1,6m were defined.
