Abstract

The analysis of combined extrude of blank made of steel 20 is carried out by the finite element method. Influence of die’s geometry on power modes of deformation and stress distribution on operating tool is defined. Tool geometry, mode of deformation and metal hardening after deformation are determined. According to calculation the stamp for process realization is designed.
