МЕТОД ЦІЛЕСПРЯМОВАНОГО ПЕРЕПРОЕКТУВАННЯ СКЛАДАЛЬНИХ ВИРОБІВ ТА ЙОГО РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ У «DFA Expert»

Abstract

This paper presents the method for the purposeful redesign of an assembly. An implementation of the new computer-aided DFA tool named “DFA Expert” is based on this method. An application of the existing assembly model and the assembly process model gives opportunities for realizing computer-aided DFA analysis. There is a possibility of computer-aided generating these models on the basis of the product’s 3D model, created in the CAD system. An example of Air Distributor redesign has been included to illustrate the application of DFA Expert.
