Abstract

The analysis of defects and traditional methods of their prevention or removal was made, and these defects are proper for the layers, produced with laser building-up. The issues of application possibility of ultrasonic vibrations energy are examined to upgrade the building-up layers. The processes that run in the puddle by ultrasonic vibrations influence are considered thereupon, and its influence on qualitative layer characteristics after its crystallization was determined. The classic charts of ultrasonic vibrations introduction in the puddle were given and their drawback were also analyzed in paper. The charts of the ultrasonic vibrations non-contact introduction in the work area were offered.
