Abstract

In the article the influence of making technology for the structure formation and properties of new bearings materials based on cooper with solid lubricant CaF2 for heavy exploitation conditions have been presented. This technology is founded on obtaining purposeful resources which ensure controllability of service properties of high-speed rotating friction units. The rules mentioned above guarantee certain volumetric characteristics of the bearings in order to provide high durability of the friction unit depending on operating regime.
