TRANSFORMATION OF TESTING TASK TO TEST BENCH IN ORDER TO SOLVE THE TASK

Abstract

The purpose of the work is development of methodology creation of test equipment. The basis of experimental test bench is the process of testing and research facility, which is described on the basis of an analysis of its purpose and functions and the quality requirements to the function execution. Algorithm of experimental test bench creating with a detailed description of the separated stages is represented. The feature of the algorithm is the separation of complex functional tests on the finished parts that are combined by general structure testing process. The general structure is detailed to the devices for the actions executing then they are connected in experimental test bench design. In order to illustrate proposed algorithm application the example of the development of experimental test bench for testing of the check valves is considered. Applying the algorithm reduces the time spent on developing experimental equipment.
