Work is devoted actual for today issue of increasing and competitiveness of objects of intellectual property, being results research and development works. The article presents the results of analysis of descriptions of objects of industrial property unrelated to the protected documents of machine-building area for inventions and useful models of national declarants. The way of increase of competitiveness is also expounded on based on patent-informative searching.
