ЛАЗЕРНА ЛЮМІНЕСЦЕНТНА ДІАГНОСТИКА В ОНКОЛОГІЇ

Abstract


In order to overcome lacks of existing techniques for cancer diagnostics (inability to detect tumors at early stages, complexities in metastases’ diagnostics) there was developed method of luminescent analysis of tumors at different stages of development). A feasibility of implementation of this technique for the exposure of tumor on the early stage of development was investigated. The divergence in luminescent spectrum of laser irradiated healthy biological tissues and malignant tumor was observed. . It was shown that for the increase in the efficiency of fluorescent diagnostic method and for widening the range of biological objects that could be analyzed it is necessary to use laser radiation with tunable wavelength.
