AbstractIn this article the tensor of the effective areas parameter in three-dimensional space is obtained. It is also obtained the effective stresses tensor at proportional deforming as the particular case of effective stresses tensor. It is considered the damage accumulation kinetics in the 07Х16Н6 steel specimens at the proportional deforming using the comparison of the effective stresses tensor and experimental results, which are obtained by the change of specific electrical resistance of the specimens work zone, and calculating stresses intensity without damage parameters at tension and torsion.
