Abstract

The second stage of the process non-polluting cutting thin tubular preparations at simultaneous cross shift and torsion are considered. The shape and sizes of the deformation zone, and also the sizes of zones of contact tubular preparation with elements of technological equipment are fixed. Main relations, which describe cutting tubular preparations, are established. All necessary data for create, by program methods, the diagrams P(φ) and M(φ), that are needed for determine the energy-force parameters of a cutting is prepared.
