ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СИЛОВИХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК ФРЕЗЕРУВАННЯ ДЕТАЛЕЙ З АЛЮМІНІЮ

Abstract

Measuring of components of cutting forces is examined at research process of finish treatment of the thin-walled details, made from an aluminium alloy, by an end milling cutter. The calculation of theoretical values of components of cutting forces and receipt of mathematical dependences of resulting cutting force is thus conducted from the initial cutting parameters, and also analysis of adequacy of the got mathematical models. The got mathematical models on results the control measurings of components of cutting forces are adequate the studied process.
