Proposed the method of calculation reduced elastic parameters of designed construction of toolholder with oriented center of rigidity. The use of toolholder with oriented center of rigidity can increase vibration turning by reducing the negative influences of coordinate bond between the cutting tool motion in the plane normal to the machined surface and cutting process. As a result of theoretical study of elastic parameters of elastic part of equipment which provided in the form of theoretical dependence, the dependence between the angles defining the orientation of series connected three elastic rotational parts of construction equipment, with the coordinates of the center position of center rigidity of the system. The theoretical dependence of the definition reduced elastic parameters of the system equipment, such as angle of orientation of the axes of stiffness and the ratio between maximum and minimum values of the stiffness of the coordinate position of the center of rigidity. Proposed scheme for study of elastic deformations of elastic rotational parts and provided the theoretical dependence of the definition of the reduced stiffness of the toolholders system. The finite element method for analysis reduced elastic parameters of designed construction of toolholder was performed only to clarify parameters which obtained by the proposed methodReferences
