Abstract

The basic problem of the modern CAM-systems, which consists in absence of account of cutting process at machining of details on machine-tools with CNC, is set in the article. Methods are offered perfections, based on the special presentation of geometry of detail as digital arrays, preliminary simulation of removal process of allowance, permanent decision of optimization task and account of resilient deformations in the technological machining system.
