Abstract

Розглянута робота кільцевих пружних компенсаторів похибок системи «прес-штамп». Розроблена методика розрахунку
компенсаторів, яка включає розрахунок зусилля стискання при технологічних операціях, розрахунок коефіцієнта форми та
визначення параметрів компенсатора, розрахунок його формозміни при стиканні та визначення ділянок склеювання з захисними
пластинами.
The work of the ring elastic compensators of errors of the press-die system is considered. The method of the calculation of the
compensators, which includes the of the pressing force during technological operations, the calculation of the form coefficient and
determination of the parameters of compensator, the calculation of the forming during the pressing and the determination of agglutination
zones with protective plates, is developed
