Abstract

The article deals with forced nonlinear vibration of driver's seat during it’s kinematic harmonic excitation, taking into account the frequency - independent friction. Specific example is examined in the article and conclusions about the influence of nonlinearity on the amplitude of oscillation are made. The amplitude of nonlinear oscillations of driver’s seat was determined and an amplitude-oscillation charakteristic was plotted. The amplitude of nonlinear oscillations of driver’s seat was determined and an amplitude-oscillation characteristic was plotted.
