УТОЧНЕНА МЕТОДИКА ВИБОРУ РАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ПАРАМЕТРІВ ЕЛЕКТРОГІДРАВЛІЧНОГО ОБ’ЄМНОГО ПРИВОДУ З ЧИСЛОВИМ ПРОГРАМНИМ КЕРУВАННЯМ

Abstract

This work is aimed at increasing flexibility and efficiency of electro hydraulic drivers. A schematic diagram of the electro hydraulic driver volumetric type with an uncontrolled pump and controlled electric motor was proposed. The driver control is carried out by a computer or controller. The improved technique of selecting the design parameters of the driver was proposed. The technique takes into account the hydraulic losses in the pump and hydraulic cylinder. The calculated parameters allow to obtain the energy efficiency and the required characteristics of the driver.
