Abstract

The new model of plastic flow of porous bodies and powders is suggested. Unlike to known models which are sensitive to porosity and accumulated strain, the suggested one takes into account the adhesion and measure of deformability of powders particle. In framework of obtained relationships the stress and density fields within the complex shape part are studied for some of pressing diagrams. The domain of possible appearance the overconsolideted cracks are obtained. The special role of the inclination to deformability in formation of overconsolideted crack is clarified.
