Abstract

В роботі представлено огляд наукових робіт за темою магнітно-абразивне оброблення твердосплавного інструменту (МАО). В статті розглянуті особливості самого процесу МАО; процеси формування мікропрофілю інструменту під час МАО; вплив МАО на фізико-механічні характеристики оброблюваного інструменту.


Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Überblick über wissenschaftliche Arbeiten zum Thema Magnet-abrasive Bearbeitung (MAB) von Hartmetallwerkzeuge. In diesem Artikel sind die Besonderheiten der MAB; die Prozessen des Mikroprofilformens auf das Werkzeug bei der MAB; die Einflüsse der MAB auf die physik-mechanische Eugenschaften des zu präparierendes Werkzeugs betrachtet.


This artice provides an overview of scientific papers wich cover the problems of magneto-abrasive machining (MAM) of hard alloy instruments. In this paper following aspects are considered: features of the MAM itself; processes of the microprofile formation at the instrument during the MAM; influences of MAM on the physic-mechanical properties of processed instruments.
