MODULE OF MEASUREMENT OF FORCES OF CUTTING

Purpose. Creation of a universal complex on measurement of forces of cutting of dynamic processes in real time.
Methodology. On the basis of the analysis of sensors for measurement of forces of cutting it is accepted, for dynamic processes, the strain sensor. Schemes of connection and power supply of strain sensors are considered and analysed, the relevant decisions for achievement of a goal are made. correspondence of the made decisions to schemes in dynamometers is analysed. The analysis of schemes of creation of data collection systems on the basis of strain sensors is carried out. Considering the accepted power supply circuits and connections of strain sensors, the scheme of the module on measurement of cutting forces of dynamic processes is developed.
Results. On the basis of the developed scheme the four-channel module on measurement of cutting forces of dynamic processes, in real time, with high metrological characteristics is created.
Scientific novelty. The offered block sensor of the module on measurement of cutting forces on the basis of a universal dynamometer.
Practical importance. This module can be used in laboratory and research works for research of power characteristics of cutting processes.
