Abstract

Article is devoted improvement of analytical approaches for definition of expenses on overcoming of forces of a friction at punching with rotary die forming. On the basis of experimental results prominent features of the centre of contact deformation and distribution of specific efforts are set. Substantiated conclusions about power efficiency of a way and possibility of processing of details with the raised degree of deformation.
