Abstract

The abrasion resistance of 38Х2МЮА steel details after the impulsive gasthermocyclic ionic nitriding strengthening are explored. It is shown that due to forming of diffusive layer it grows by a factor of 1,3…1,4 depending on the treatment modes.. Drawn a conclusion about the prospects of the impulsive ionnitriding treatment using for renewal and work-hardening of machines and mechanisms details on machine-building enterprises.
