Abstract

A classification of some types of profiles of difficult |complex| cross-section and profiles with one-sided and two-sided ribs is offered in the article. Experimental researches of some type of the complex cross-section profiles from aluminum alloy in isothermal and drawn near to it warping conditions on example of the manufacture of the paired shoe is described in article. From comparison of gived technical characteristic is seen that for manufacture of the paired shoe in isothermal warping conditions, equipment of considerably lesser effort and size, which allows to reduce the outlay of stamping steels, electric powers, reduce laboriousness of the manufacture of rolling stamps and prime cost of rolling storages and profiles, is required.
