Abstract

The mathematical modeling of cold forging of die cavity made of steel P6M5 in conditions of differentiated back pressure was carried out by finite element method. The loads of forging, the distribution of specific loads on tool, mode of deformation, resource ductility of material in the volume of workpiece after deformation and finite dimensions of forged cavity were determined. The experiment of the forging of cavity was carried out.
