Abstract

The mathematical model of contact between indentor and surface of detail was developed. The model allows to establish a relationship among variational parameters of the interaction of an indenter and a surface of detail – the velocity and the force of the process, and an elastoplastic deformation of the surface layer of detail. The developed mathematical model allows to optimize process conditions by means of the calculation of the optimal specific work of surface layer deformation.
